Your Fraser Fir will be cut directly from our Christmas tree farms in North Carolina, carefully pruned and packaged in a seam stitched, sealed, moisture resistant carton and shipped via FedEx Ground right to your front door. Return Policy for this Product:
No returns are accepted on fresh cut Christmas trees. If your tree is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately and, if the situation warrants, we will arrange for a replacement tree to be shipped to you. Please note, if you refuse delivery of your Christmas tree, we will credit your card LESS the actual shipping costs we have incurred, and a 25% order processing fee.
