Garland Grabbers make decorating stair rail banisters easy. These strong, flexible plastic clips fit a standard 2-1/4" banister. They will not break, slip, scratch, or damage! They can accommodate almost any size or weight of garland, and also feature a handy loop for tying a bow or ribbon.
